We want every Watch VIP piece to feel perfect on your wrist. If it doesn’t, we’ll fix that fast.

48-Hour “No-Quibble” Return Window

You have 48 hours from the time the watch is delivered to request a return for any reason.

To qualify:

  • The watch must be in the same condition it was received in.

  • All links, straps, boxes, booklets, tags, accessories and protective films must be returned.

  • The watch must not have been worn beyond trying it on (no new marks, scratches, or sizing).

It’s very important to us that any issues are handled quickly, professionally, and directly by our team. We’ll confirm eligibility, share packing/shipping instructions, and issue approval. Items sent back without prior approval may be refused.

Refunds

Once your watch arrives with us, it will go through our standard external and internal inspection process. Assuming it is returned in the same condition it was shipped, we will process a refund to your original payment method (or as otherwise agreed in writing).

If there is any discrepancy in condition or components, we will contact you immediately with our findings before proceeding.


1-Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind every watch we sell.

What’s Covered

For 12 months from the date of purchase, we provide a limited warranty on movement and functional parts. If a mechanical or electronic failure occurs in normal use and it is determined that the fault is due to parts or workmanship, Watch VIP will cover the cost of repair through our chosen watchmaker.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from impact, drops, or accidents

  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence, including (but not limited to):

    • Over-winding a manual or automatic movement

    • Water damage where the crown was not fully secured or the watch was used beyond its rated depth

    • Operating the crown, pushers, or bezel under water contrary to manufacturer guidelines

  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, strap wear, fading)

  • Loss, theft, or mysterious disappearance

  • Any work performed by a non-approved watchmaker after purchase

Authenticity, Inspection & Fraud Prevention

Every watch that leaves Watch VIP undergoes:

  1. External inspection – case, bracelet/strap, dial, crystal, serial/reference verification.

  2. Internal inspection – movement and components checked by our watchmaker where appropriate.

The same level of inspection is carried out on all returns. This protects both you and us by confirming that:

  • The watch returned is the same watch that was sold, and

  • No internal parts have been swapped or altered

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or warranty claim if we reasonably determine that a watch has been tampered with, modified, or returned with non-original or counterfeit components.
